At Greenshops, exceptional customer service is our top priority. After placing an order through our shopping cart system, you will instantly receive an invoice that you know your order went through. We promptly inform you on your items status and if an item in on back order, we will immediately update your account and give you a delivery date. You will have the option of canceling your item for a full refund or waiting until the item becomes available. You will then receive another status update when your product ships, along with a tracking number for your reference.
We accept the following credit cards for payment, VISA, Mastercard and American Express. We have also just added Google Checkout for your convenience.
