Containing approx. 9 -10 grams of Mineral Foundation by weight. * none of the recipes contain any petroleum products, talc, nanoparticles, lanolin, magnesium stearate, heavy metals, sodium laureth or lauryl sulfide, mineral oil or bismuth oxychloride. Also, no synthetic Fragrance Oils or FD&C colorants!! Mineral Foundation Application Step 1: Cleanse your face Step 2: Moisturize. Let your moisturizer set in for about 5 minutes for best results. This will help your foundation blend easily. Step 3: Using our Primer Prep will ensure that your foundation stays on all day, and is the first step to a flawless complexion. To apply the Primer Prep shake the bottle well, then place a small amount onto the sponge provided. Blend it onto the face, avoiding the eye area. Allow the primer to dry before moving on to the next step. Step 4: If you are looking to hide imperfections apply a concealer to any area that needs extra coverage. For the best application of concealer, use our Oval Concealer Brush. Swipe the brush across the top of the concealer tube, and then blend it onto the area of concern. Concealer can also be used directly from the tube, but you must always go over it with the brush to blend it into the skin before applying powder, or the powder will stick to it. Apply in thin layers until you reach the desired amount of coverage. Step 5: Unless you have purchased our Pre-loaded Refillable Foundation Brush, you will need a brush to apply the foundation. You can use a Powder Brush if you prefer. Press the brush gently onto the sifter lid of the foundation jar to pick up the powder. Gently tap the brush against the side of the jar to remove any excess. Step 6: Using the brush in a circular motion going outward from your nose towards your temple, then down your cheek and back up to the nose, buff the powder onto the skin. Repeat this for the other cheek. Run the brush down the center of the nose, and onto the chin. Buff the jaw line from the chin to your ear. For the forehead, start in the center and buff outward towards your hairline. Never move the brush up the face without using a circular motion! This will cause the foundation powder to get trapped under the little hairs on the face and be visible instead of blending into the skin! Apply in thin layers until you reach the desired coverage. It's always easier to add more than to have applied too much and have to start over.
